Gopakumar Menon brings over 37 years of distinguished experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership across the FMCG, E-commerce, and advertising industries. He has held senior leadership roles with renowned organisations such as Geoffrey Manners, Dabur India Ltd., and Parle Agro, gaining extensive expertise in business strategy, sales management, marketing operations, post-merger integration, distribution, E-commerce, and digital marketing.
Recognised for his strategic insight and passion for brand building, Gopakumar has been instrumental in driving growth, innovation, and transformation across multiple sectors. His deep interest in EdTech and E-commerce startups reflects his forward-looking approach and commitment to nurturing new-age business models.
In his last corporate assignment, he served as Vice President & CEO – Consumer Products Division at GHCL Ltd., where he successfully spearheaded the division’s growth strategy and market development efforts.
He is also the founder of Disha Hub. This innovative online mock test platform empowers students to prepare for competitive exams through curated test series, data-driven performance analytics, and a real-time exam experience.
Currently, Gopakumar Menon serves as the founder and principal consultant at G-1 Communications, leading strategic initiatives in marketing, branding, and business transformation.
